Prices and renewal
Epoch+ Monthly costs £6.99 every month. Epoch+ Annual costs £59.99 each year, paid as one annual charge. Both renew until cancelled. The total, including any applicable taxes, will be shown at checkout before you pay. Cancelling future renewals leaves access available until the paid period ends.
Lifetime and early reservations
Lifetime costs £199 once. The first 100 eligible early Timekeeper reservations have a £99 price for the same plan. Reservations made before the launch cutoff on 2 October 2026 are checked against the original reservation email and order. A reservation alone does not create a charge or a paid account. Lifetime covers the core history collection and future additions to it for as long as the EPOCH service operates.
AI allowance
Signed-in free accounts receive 3 Guide questions per day. Monthly and Annual plans receive 300 requests per calendar month; Lifetime and Founder plans receive 30. A Guide answer or a generated episode quiz set uses one request; a saved quiz can be replayed without another request. Allowances reset at midnight UTC, daily or on the first day of each month, and do not roll over. Lifetime includes this allowance rather than unlimited AI usage.
First-purchase refunds
You may request a refund of your first paid purchase within 30 days of payment. Sign in with the purchasing account, open Help & support, select Refund, and include the purchase date or receipt reference. Requests are reviewed by the EPOCH team; submitting a request does not itself cancel renewal or issue a refund. Approved refunds return through the original payment method and end the refunded paid access. This policy does not limit any statutory rights.
Your learning progress
Saved moments, quiz results and streaks currently stay on the device where they are created. Cross-device learning-progress sync is not part of the paid offer.
